Shane Yan is co-founder of Growthbeans, a social enterprise that provides coaching-infused products, consulting and services to enable social connections, self-discovery and social skills : inclusivity, wellbeing and employability. Shane is on a mission to create a social circular economy to enable the 3 UN SDG goals of reducing inequality, enabling good health and wellbeing and creating decent jobs and economic growth in society.

What drives Shane Yan is her love for experimentation, designing experiences and connecting people and ideas to enable greater impact and a more cohesive society. She gets high on her idealism and enthusiasm to create systemic change.
