Sherman is the co-founder of Happiness Initiative, where he leads business and product development, bringing innovative ideas like Let’s Unpack This and the Well-being Journal to life.His work focuses on making well-being accessible to everyone through interactive programmes and products. Recognised as one of Tatler Gen. T’s Leaders of Tomorrow in 2024, Sherman joins over 200 young leaders recognised for creating a positive impact in Asia. As an avid hiker, he challenges himself to climb a mountain at least once a month.
