Gina is the Head of the Innovation Squad at Care Corner, one of Singapore’s largest non-profit organisations offering social and healthcare services to vulnerable and disadvantaged communities. Since 2021, she has championed embedding design and purposeful innovation within the organisation, bringing clarity to complex issues and leading diverse teams to deliver intuitive and inclusive user experiences. Prior to this, Gina served as Centre Director (San Francisco) at the Singapore Economic Development Board, focusing on technology and innovation, and as Senior Designer at ThinkPlace, collaborating with senior leaders in public and non-profit sectors on their transformation efforts.
