From redefining corporate innovation to spearheading new corporate ventures, my focus has been on creating value by turning insights into action, aligning creative strategies with measurable business outcomes.

In 2016, I co-founded AGENCY in Singapore, growing it into a leading design and strategy firm. Our redesign of migrant worker dormitories gained international recognition, improving living conditions and demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate both physical and emotional well-being. Furthermore, our approach is rooted in the belief that design is a powerful tool for business transformation.
