Carolina began her career as a Creative at agencies such as Publicis, JWT, and Cheil, where she worked for over a decade. She then challenged herself to be a better client than those she ideated for, moving on to key marketing and communications roles, where she exceeded her tenure as a Creative. Most recently, she served as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing at Lendlease Singapore, and as a member of the country leadership team, she led strategic and operational marketing, corporate reputation and issues management, and brand and marketing services across all business lines and assets. During her time at Lendlease, her remit was extended to include Malaysia. Now, as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at the Singapore Business Federation, Carolina plays a pivotal role in driving marketing and communications strategies across the organisation and the business community.
