#SIGN4US aims to increase employment opportunities for the deaf community in the F&B  industry. A 3-part design solution improves communication between front-line deaf workers and non-deaf customers: Menu Redesign, Lenticular Buzzers and Social Media Campaign. Low cost, low-tech and easily adaptable, this highly feasible solution can be readily implemented and scaled exponentially to a range of service sectors.
